Porch Light Hospitality presents, The Judy- a modern, contemporary ranch-style guest suite on a family-owned homestead in the heart of Fredericksburg wine country.

Surrounded by wineries and a short 15-minute drive to Fredericksburg Main Street, The Judy is one of four unique and private guesthouses that make up “Behrends Family Homestead,” The Judy is a fully renovated former vegetable stand that provides a private getaway with easy access to surrounding wineries.

The Space:

Bedroom: King sized bed with high-end linens 

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, over-sized jetted tub, separate water closet, double vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, robes, hair dryer, iron/board).

Living Area: queen-size pull-out sofa bed, gas fireplace, reading chair, TV with Roku.

Full Kitchen: Full Size fridge, electric stovetop, microwave, coffee-maker with complimentary local grounds, dishware and cookware, dishwasher, bar seating for four.

Outdoor Area: Private courtyard with hot tub, fire pit (firelog provided), lounge seating, bistro table, TV with Roku.

* This suite shares a wall with another suite, but is private and no amenities are shared with other property guests. *

-Check in at 4 PM, Check out at 11 AM (early check in available for a fee on request)
