Located one block off of Fredericksburg Main Street, No. 3 is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy all that the Hill Country has to offer. One of three unique and private guest suites that make up “Austin 412,” No. 3 offers a private getaway on a local street, with prime location and access to the hustle and bustle of Main.

The Space:

* this suite is on the second floor and is only accessible by private staircase *

Bedroom/Living Area: Studio-style, King sized bed with high-end linens, gas fireplace, reading/dining nook, TV with Roku.

Kitchenette: minifridge, microwave, coffee-maker with complimentary local grounds, dishware.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, stand alone soaker tub, separate water closet, double vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, robes, hair dryer, iron/board).

Outdoor Area: Private courtyard with hot tub, bistro table, lounge seating, TV with Roku.

* This suite does share a floor with other suites, but is private and no amenities are shared with other property guests. *
